Family, friends, and members of Warren Township are mourning the heartbreaking and unexpected loss of Sandra Swann, 66, whose life was tragically cut short following a devastating crash Wednesday morning in Ohio.<\/p>\n
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the fatal two-vehicle collision occurred around 9:40 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. 422 Westbound and State Route 5 Westbound, turning an ordinary morning into a scene of unimaginable tragedy.<\/p>\n
Preliminary investigators said the crash happened when another driver was traveling northwest on U.S. 422 while allegedly attempting to flee officers from the Warren Police Department.
