According to authorities, the fatal collision happened at approximately 1:58 a.m. at the intersection of 8 Mile Road and Schoenherr Road. Investigators say Washington was an innocent driver who was in the process of pulling over due to emergency sirens when his vehicle was struck in the intersection.<\/p>\n
