According to the Medina County Sheriff\u2019s Office, the crash occurred around 12:38 p.m. at the intersection of Jeffrey Road and Lafayette Road (U.S. Route 42) in Homer Township. Investigators say Henry was driving a Lexus westbound on Jeffrey Road when he failed to yield at a two-way stop sign and entered the intersection. His vehicle was then struck by a semi-truck traveling northeast through the roadway.<\/p>\n
Authorities said Henry was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and suffered fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding emergency personnel.<\/p>\n
