Family members, friends, and members of the Independence community are mourning the tragic loss of Randall \u201cRandy\u201d Kuntsman, 65, a veteran tow truck operator who died Saturday morning while assisting at the scene of an earlier crash along Interstate 275 near Taylor Mill.<\/p>\n
According to authorities, emergency crews were dispatched to the area near the Taylor Mill Road exit and the 78-mile marker of Interstate 275 at approximately 9:15 a.m. Investigators with the Kenton County Police Department said Kuntsman was performing roadside recovery duties and was in the process of loading a disabled vehicle onto a tow truck when the tragic incident occurred.<\/p>\n
