A 22-year-old woman lost her life in a tragic side-by-side rollover crash Thursday night in Lowell, and the vehicle\u2019s operator has been arrested on allegations of driving under the influence, according to Vermont State Police.<\/p>\n
Emergency crews, including Vermont State Police and local rescue personnel, responded to the scene on Newton Road near Cheney Road at approximately 10:23 p.m. after receiving reports that a Polaris RZR side-by-side had overturned on the roadway.<\/p>\n
Authorities identified the passenger as 22-year-old Maddison Hayden, who was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of the crash.<\/p>\n
The operator of the vehicle was identified as 27-year-old Randy Lemieux of Lowell. According to investigators, Lemieux reported no injuries following the crash.<\/p>\n
