According to Suffolk County police, the crash occurred at approximately 10:10 p.m. at the intersection of Waverly Avenue and Buckley Road, a busy roadway that connects several residential and commercial areas in the region.<\/p>\n
Investigators said Meredith Hill, 79, of East Patchogue, was driving southbound on Waverly Avenue and attempting to turn left onto eastbound Buckley Road when her vehicle collided with a northbound 2016 Dodge Ram driven by Michael Aulivola, 55, of Holtsville.<\/p>\n
Authorities confirmed that Hilton Spokony was a passenger in Hill\u2019s vehicle at the time of the collision.
