According to the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Police Department, officers responded to a 911 call on June 27 at approximately 9 p.m. reporting that two individuals were believed to be deceased inside a residence in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. When officers arrived at the scene, Chapman was found deceased on the garage floor, while Poupart was located unresponsive in the living room. Despite immediate CPR efforts by responding officers, Poupart could not be revived.<\/p>\n
Additional law enforcement units, including the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Police Department and the Vilas County Sheriff\u2019s Office, worked together to secure and process the scene.
