According to officials, the incident occurred on July 1 at the Warrior Met Coal mine on Highway 69 North. Justin was working underground when a machinery accident took place. Emergency crews responded after he was found unresponsive beneath the surface and worked to bring him to the surface for medical assistance.<\/p>\n
