According to the Wilmington Police Department, officers responded shortly before 10:00 p.m. to the 1500 block of South 12th Street after reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Titus suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers immediately began life-saving efforts while additional emergency responders were called to the scene. Despite every effort to save him, Titus sadly passed away at the scene.<\/p>\n
