The Shreveport community is mourning the loss of Anna Lisa Coulter, 33, who died following a tragic single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning on Fern Avenue.<\/p>\n
According to the Shreveport Police Department, officers were called to the 5800 block of Fern Avenue near Business Park Drive at approximately 6:16 a.m. on July 12, 2026, after receiving reports of a serious crash.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 2012 Fiat 500 overturned on its side. The Shreveport Fire Department responded and discovered a small fire in the vehicle\u2019s engine compartment.
