Family, friends, and members of the Singleton community are mourning the tragic loss of Kevin Gant, 60, who died following a serious multi-vehicle crash involving a propane truck, an 18-wheeler, and a passenger vehicle Friday morning.<\/p>\n
According to Attala County Coroner Sam Bell, Gant, a resident of the Singleton community, was pronounced deceased at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash.<\/p>\n
The deadly collision occurred shortly after 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 19 South and Highway 14 East. Emergency crews, including the Attala County Fire Department, Attala County deputies, Mississippi Highway Patrol, and EMS, responded to the scene.<\/p>\n
Authorities said the propane truck overturned during the crash, prompting officials to report a possible propane leak and requiring emergency responders to secure the area while the incident was investigated.<\/p>\n
