Family, friends, and members of the Owosso community are grieving the heartbreaking loss of Robbie Kennell, 22, whose life ended following a tragic motorcycle crash in Owosso Township, Michigan, on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n

According to the Shiawassee County Sheriff\u2019s Office, deputies and emergency responders were called around 7:36 p.m. to the area of North Chipman Road near Cronk Road following reports of a serious motorcycle crash.<\/p>\n
Investigators said Robbie was operating a 2005 Honda CBR-1000 motorcycle northbound when the motorcycle left the roadway, traveled through a steep ditch, and struck several trees. Responding deputies found Robbie at the scene, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.<\/p>\n
Authorities said Robbie was the sole occupant of the motorcycle. Preliminary findings indicate that extreme speed may have been a contributing factor in the crash, and the investigation remains ongoing.<\/p>\n
