Authorities said a preliminary investigation determined that Harmon, a resident of Huntington, was walking westbound in a travel lane of I-64 when he was hit by at least one vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Despite emergency response efforts, Harmon was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The circumstances surrounding the tragic incident remain under investigation. Police have not released additional details about the vehicle or driver involved as investigators continue working to determine what led to the fatal collision.<\/p>\n<p>The Huntington Police Department is asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has information that may assist with the investigation to come forward and contact authorities at <a href=\"tel:304-696-4420\">304-696-4420<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As news of Randall Harmon\u2019s passing spreads, the Huntington community is remembering a life lost far too soon.
