<\/p>\nFamily, friends, and members of the Milton, Kentucky community are mourning the tragic and sudden loss of 39-year-old David Logan of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, who died following a devastating crash Tuesday on Highway 421.<\/p>\n
According to the Kentucky State Police, the crash occurred when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction crossed the center line and collided head-on with Logan\u2019s truck. The impact triggered a vehicle fire and caused extensive damage to both vehicles. The roadway was shut down for several hours as emergency crews responded and investigators worked the scene.<\/p>\n

In a heartfelt tribute shared by Michael Yates, he expressed the family\u2019s grief, saying David \u201cdidn\u2019t deserve this\u201d and was \u201can amazing husband and father.\u201d He added that the family \u201cdidn\u2019t just lose a brother today, we lost one of the most important people in our lives,\u201d expressing deep sorrow and disbelief over the tragedy. He also shared that David was on his way to the farm early that morning when the crash occurred, stating that a driver allegedly under the influence crossed into his lane and struck him head-on. \u201cI\u2019m so sick, sad and hurt,\u201d he wrote, urging others to \u201chug your loved ones tight,\u201d and ending with, \u201cLove you DLO til we meet again, brother.\u201d<\/p>\n
Three children and an adult who were in the other vehicle were also seriously injured and transported by air to hospitals in Louisville for emergency treatment. Officials confirmed that all four victims sustained significant injuries and remain under medical care.<\/p>\n
