In Loving Memory of Julie Goucher

With profound sadness, we remember and honor the life of Julie Goucher, 43, of Galva, who tragically lost her life following a two-vehicle crash on July 4 in rural McPherson County, Kansas.

According to the McPherson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and first responders were called around 6:28 p.m. to the 900 block of 14th Avenue after a serious collision involving two vehicles. Investigators said a silver sedan traveling south on 14th Avenue slowed and began turning left into a private driveway when it was struck by a gray SUV traveling northbound.

Julie Goucher, who was a front-seat passenger in the silver sedan, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Her sudden passing has left family, friends, and loved ones facing an unimaginable loss. Those who knew Julie are grieving the loss of a life that was taken far too soon and are holding close the memories and moments they shared with her.
