Wabash Man Bryce Dillon Killed in Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash in Kosciusko County

Authorities are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a Wabash man Tuesday afternoon in Kosciusko County.

According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at approximately 3:54 p.m. to a crash on State Road 13, about 900 feet south of South Barbee Drive in Tippecanoe Township.

Preliminary findings indicate the vehicle was traveling south on State Road 13 when its tires left the east side of the roadway. Investigators say the driver then overcorrected, causing the vehicle to cross both lanes of traffic before leaving the roadway completely and crashing into a tree.

Authorities identified the driver as 32-year-old Bryce Dillon of Wabash, Indiana. The Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office pronounced Dillon dead at the scene as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.

Emergency crews responded and secured the area while investigators worked to document the scene and determine the events leading up to the collision.

Officials say the crash remains under active investigation, and no additional details have been released at this time
