Family members, friends, and the Tulsa community are mourning the tragic and untimely loss of Caleb Lopez, 20, who died following a motorcycle crash in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on the evening of June 22, 2026.
According to Tulsa police, the fatal collision occurred at approximately 7:06 p.m. near the intersection of 31st Street and Riverside Drive. Officers responded to reports of a serious crash involving a motorcycle and a Nissan Pathfinder SUV. Upon arrival, they found Caleb critically injured. Despite emergency response efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A preliminary investigation revealed that Caleb was riding northbound on Riverside Drive as part of a group of motorcycle riders when the crash occurred. Investigators said the driver of the SUV was attempting to make a left turn from the southbound lanes of Riverside onto eastbound 31st Street. As the vehicle entered the intersection, Caleb’s motorcycle collided with the passenger side of the SUV. Authorities confirmed that he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
