Two people have died following a two-vehicle crash overnight in South Memphis, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Police said officers responded shortly after 1 a.m. to the intersection of South Third Street and East Belz Boulevard after receiving reports of a crash involving two vehicles.
When officers arrived, they found that a man and a woman had suffered fatal injuries. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The victims were identified as Havolyn Raquel and Jordan Dean by loved ones.
