Tim Crum Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. 68 in Gracey

Authorities are investigating a fatal crash that claimed the life of a Hopkinsville man Tuesday afternoon in Gracey, Kentucky.

According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at approximately 1:20 p.m. on U.S. 68 at the intersection of Kentucky 1026.

Deputies say a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Tim Crum was crossing U.S. 68 when it collided with an eastbound SUV driven by Cory Murray of Cadiz. The impact forced both vehicles off the roadway.

First responders performed CPR on Crum at the scene before he was transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health, where he later died from his injuries.

Authorities confirmed that no one in the SUV was injured in the crash.

The roadway was temporarily affected while emergency crews worked the scene and investigators gathered evidence. The crash remains under investigation by local authorities.
