According to authorities, officers with the Warrick County Sheriff’s Department responded to the couple’s Hannah Court residence Monday evening around 8 p.m. for a welfare check. Deputies entered the home and discovered both David and Aileen deceased. Officials said it appeared the couple had been dead for less than 24 hours, and the circumstances surrounding their deaths remain under investigation.
David was a longtime member of the Fairfield community, where he grew up and graduated with the Fairfield High School Class of 1975. Throughout his career, he worked in television commercial production in Evansville and later became the owner and operator of Cigar! Cigar!, a tobacco store in Evansville.
