With profound sadness, family, friends, and members of the Camp Hill community are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Ramy Botros, 21, who died following a tragic two-vehicle crash in Hampden Township, Pennsylvania, Wednesday night.
According to Hampden Township police, the crash happened around 9:43 p.m. at Carlisle Pike and Brondle Boulevard. Authorities said Ramy was operating a motorcycle when it collided with an SUV in the intersection.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but despite their efforts, Ramy was pronounced deceased at the location of the crash. The Cumberland County Coroner’s Office later ruled his death accidental, reporting that he suffered multiple traumatic injuries from the collision.
The driver of the SUV was transported to a hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
Ramy’s sudden passing has left those who knew him facing an unimaginable loss. At just 21 years old, he had a life ahead of him filled with hopes, dreams, and opportunities that were tragically cut short.
