According to authorities, officers were initially called to the residence for a welfare check at approximately 1:54 a.m. on June 11, 2026. Upon entering the home, they discovered two individuals deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. Investigators later confirmed that Jennifer Howard was fatally shot inside the residence, and the case remains under active investigation by the Bentonville Police Department.
