Family and Friends Mourn Rheannon Robbins After Deadly Double Shooting in Immokalee

With profound sadness, family, friends, and the Immokalee community are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Rheannon Robbins, 29, whose life ended following a tragic double homicide at a residence on North 9th Street in Immokalee, Florida, on Friday morning, July 10, 2026.

Rheannon’s passing has left family, friends, and loved ones devastated as they grieve the loss of a life taken far too soon. The tragic incident has deeply affected the Immokalee community, where many are mourning alongside those closest to her. Rheannon was one of two women who lost their lives following a shooting at a residence located at 579 N. 9th Street. The second victim, a 25-year-old woman, was also pronounced dead at the scene, making the heartbreaking tragedy even more devastating for everyone impacted.

According to authorities, Immokalee Fire and Collier County EMS crews responded to the incident around 8:35 a.m. after reports of a shooting. Emergency responders arrived and found both women suffering from fatal injuries. Despite efforts, both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators identified Lorenzo Coleman, 25, of Immokalee, as a suspect in the deadly shooting. Authorities said Coleman knew both victims and fled the scene in a white Dodge Challenger as deputies were responding.

Shortly afterward, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance on Lone Star Lane in Lehigh Acres around 10:00 a.m., where Coleman was located and taken into custody. Officials confirmed there was no longer a threat to the public.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident, and charges against Coleman remain pending.
