Rheannon Robbins, 29, has been identified as one of the two women killed following a shooting Friday morning in Immokalee, Florida. Authorities have taken a suspect into custody.
According to investigators, deputies responded to a residence at 579 N. 9th Street after Immokalee Fire and Collier County EMS crews were dispatched to the scene around 8:35 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026.
When first responders arrived, they found Rheannon Robbins and a second victim, a 25-year-old woman, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both women were pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators identified Lorenzo Coleman, 25, of Immokalee, as the suspect. Authorities said Coleman knew both victims and fled the area in a white Dodge Challenger as deputies responded.
A short time later, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance on Lone Star Lane in Lehigh Acres, where Coleman was located and taken into custody without incident.
Officials confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deadly shooting, and charges against Coleman remain pending.
Family, friends, and the Immokalee community are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Rheannon Robbins and the second victim as the investigation continues.
